Hello FJ friends!
Have you used with the cute frames paper from the Brie kit yet? My layout today features five of those frames, a little stamping and fussy cutting too.
White cardstock was cut to 10.5 x 10.5 inches, bordered with the dots and gradient grid papers then I stitched around the cardstock with my sewing machine.
I chose five frames to fussy cut and backed them with foam tape to add dimension and shadows to the page. For three of the frames I used the solid shape stamps from the Brie Stamp set with yellow ink to add some colour to the background of each.
The top center frame contains my photo and I added some twine with a brad from my stash so it would look like a picture hanging on a wall. A puffy sticker and little yellow butterfly were also adhered into place.
The top right frame was finished off with a transparent number from the Alexis Kit and a small puffy heart sticker.
I decorated the left frame with some fussy cut florals, some messy thread, a butterfly and the ‘smile’ puffy sticker.
The journaling was typed up in a word document and printed to fit inside the oval frame and a little puffy butterfly sticker was added to the top. I also tied a piece of twine to the side of the oval frame with a little bow for added texture.
To finish the page I decorated the bottom right frame with more fussy cut florals, a butterfly, a Willow Kit tassel and the ‘love’ puffy sticker as my title.
I created a sketch to go along with my layout if you'd like to create something similar!
You can watch how this page came together in the video below…
I hope I’ve inspired you to get creative with some frames and fussy cutting! I love using patterned papers to make extra embellishments for my projects!
I’ll see you again soon with another fun layout!
