Hello everyone, Janna here with a new scrapbooking layout featuring the adorable Sophie kit. I think, this is my favourite Felicity Jane kit of all times. Love the bubblegum colors, the happy and light feel and the great patterns & embellishments.
I went ahead and used one of the solid color papers as background. Then I added patterned paper from the kit and used a compass to outline the round edge on both papers (I really should get a circle cutter!). The scallops on the top part of the layout reflect the circle theme, so does the 'sweet' sentiment next to the photo.
We got three dogs, the one on the picture is called Fips. He moved in with us in September 2016 and as he lived in a dog shelter for 5 years, he wasn't used to anything. If he was afraid or insecure, he would not move 1 inch - just like on the picture where we tried to take him for a walk :) This has completely changed since then and he enjoys being outside.
I really really like the color scheme of this page which is close to the colors in the photo. The journaling was created on the computer as I do not own a typewriter (another thing I should really buy!). I chose a typewriter font to copy the telegram style.
