This Was My 2018 | Anne Keller

Happy New Year FJ friends, 

Anne here with you today. I hope you enjoyed the Christmas days and made some great memories with your loved ones.

After all these festive projects, I wanted to do a review layout. I started with some big numbers of the year 2018 and wrote down all our activities, vacations and parties. 

I created a simple background for my page. Some gold glitter glue as a reminder of the fireworks and some heat-embossed white stars for all the dreams and goals I reached this year. It's easy and soft. For this layout I put together some of my favorite pieces from previous kits: Jeana, Brie, Lola, Hannah, Kate and the Essentials. Something I love about the FJ kits: you can combine them so easily. Everythings works so nicely with each other. 

I used the big numbers as my title and eye-catcher. The numbers are full of memories and stories from this year. Good, bad, some stressful moments, some successful days. 

I collected some selfies I made during the year and printed them as a photo strip. This year changes a lot for me. After years of being a stay-at-home-mom and student I was successful at my final exam and started my last year of medical school. That means working full-time at the hospital. And I love it. There were so many beautiful moments this year. I like how the selfies shows them. So I just layered them with some lovely patterend paper and decorated the photos only with some little bits and pieces - hearts and some stickers.
