Hey there! It's Suzanna, back to share a fun project that will help you accomplish your monthly goals. I'm a firm believer in setting monthly goals for myself. Doing so helps me form new habits, break old habits, and accomplish things I've been wanting to do.
But I'm also one of those people that forgets the goals I've set for myself 3 days into the month. Oops! This month, I've made a mini book to document my monthly goals. Not only do I feel more motivated to accomplish them, but I also love flipping through this little thing to check on my progress.
I love adding different sized pages and various textures to the book. It almost makes it interactive!
One of my main goals this month is to drink more water. Each day that I hit my goal of 8 glasses per day, I come back to my book and add a tally!
In this little envelope, I keep encouraging notes to myself, extra small goals that I might want to take on, and quotes that I find inspiring.
It's silly to think that something as simple as making a fun mini book can help you achieve your monthly goals, but whatever works!
