Traveler’s Notebook Layouts | Suzanna Stein

I have been all about traveler’s notebook layouts recently. Last month I finished up my first TN of the year and flipping through it made me super excited to start on my next one. When I sat down to do my project, I planned on just creating one TN layout, but the Kate kit just has too many fun pieces to stop after one. So, today I’m sharing two!

This first layout came together so quickly. I added a patterned paper to one side of my layout and a photo with layered paper to the other. I ran a strip of vellum down the side and secured it with staples.

I love the white space and how the journaling card to the left works as a title. To finish of the layout, I added a few stars and of course, some word strip stickers!

The second TN layout I created was so fun to make. I used one of my go-to layouts for creating in a traveler’s notebook and think this might be my favorite spread I’ve created in quite a while.

Between the doodled border around my photo and that cluster of heart stamps, I just can’t stop staring at this one!

I typed my journaling and kept it simple, so I could layer it over the stamps and still see plenty of the cluster around the edges. Like the word strip stickers, I placed them crooked intentionally to add to the imperfect feel of the pages.

I hope these two traveler’s notebook layouts gave you inspiration for how you can use your kit to create different looks in your TN! I’ll be back later this month to share a project with the gorgeous new Zoey kit!
