Hello there, crafty friends! I’m sure you’ve grown to love Fridays around here, because we’re always highlighting our favorite products. This month I’ve fallen in love with how chunky my FJ washi rings are getting. When they get full, they always inspire me to pull them off my FJ basket and create with them!
One of my favorite ways to use my FJ washi is in my planner. My planner gets loads of attention from my copious amount of washi, and this week’s spread was no exception.
I love to use my washi to block out certain days of the week or month, for activities or trips. I also like to use it to mark out important days at work and home. It’s perfect for highlighting a block of days that you really don’t want to forget about!
The next thing I love to use my washi for in my planner is tags and photos. Washi makes the perfect tool to create a flip-out tag, that you can hide lots of journaling under.
It’s also perfect for taping on a little photo, that you can flip up for added journaling below. This is a great way to use your planner for both planning and memory keeping.
I always like to mix in die cut pieces and puffy stickers with my washi, to really let it pop!
Finish up with some stamped images, alongside your washi, and you’ll have a pretty little planner spread.
Thanks so much for joining me today! I certainly hope you leave inspired to pull out all your lovely FJ washi and create something fun!
