Hi crafty friends!
Anna here with you today sharing something new for me. I've done thousands of layouts (almost 300 to be exact) but I've never done a TN spread before. And I have to admit that it was really easy and fun! Since Jeana showed us the Grace kit, I knew what papers I was going to use. These two papers make a perfect match, and I went for this mint, mustard, black and white palette.
The theme of this collection fits so well in what are we living with the Covid-19, so I wanted to document our situation. I placed my picture on the left page, and I used both sides of the Tiny Spots & Flowers paper, for my background and to mat the picture.
The cute house from the Puffy Stickers emphasize my title, and I glued two branches underneath it. One is from the Puffy stickers and the other one from the Die Cut Shapes. In the upper left corner I placed a label, which I fussy cut from the Hearts & Labels papers, and a die cut that says "day by day". I also put a puffy heart on the top of my picture.
For my right page I used the Floral & Lines paper and built my title with the Puffy Alphabet. This soft mint is so pretty. With the Stamp Set I embellished this page. I stamped with black ink the flowers, the little phrase and some hearts to match the heart that is on the right side. Finally, I put this gingham banner from the Puffy stickers on the upper right corner.
I'm not documenting every day of the quarantine, but these pages are pretty symbolic for me. Although my daughters have been unable to leave home for more than 40 days, they keep growing like little flowers.
I hope you like my first TN Spread ever! Thank you so much for stopping by today and take care!
