XOXO Layout | Sheree Forcier

Hi everyone!  Today I'd like to share with you the first layout I've created with the gorgeous Kate Kit.  I absolutely love the variety of patterned papers in this kit so I wanted a page design where I could use as many of them as possible!  Here's what I came up with...

I cut the papers into various sizes to create the two columns down the centre of the page.  They are all the same width but cut to different heights.

I left a space for my photo in the left hand column.  I used the pretty gold glitter alphabet stickers for my title and part of one of the branding strips underneath. Two little banner die cuts were then added to the top right of the photo.

A die cut heart, word sticker, epoxy heart and wooden star from the kit were used the create a little cluster to the left of the photo.

In the right hand column I left a space for the black die cut tag near the top, then added a smaller die cut and a long length of twine.

In the same column I also added the gold striped die cut strip and couldn't resist stamping the little rows of hearts from the stamp set onto some scrap cardstock to add to this section too.

Some machine stitching, paint splatters and a little tag for the date were the finishing touches to complete my layout.

I created a process video for this layout too...

I ended up using seven of the patterned papers in this design which I love!  I hope this has inspired you to use as many as you can on your next project.  I'll see you again soon with another layout that I've created with this beautiful kit!
