Hello FJ friends!
Today I have a traveler’s notebook spread to share with you featuring some Bailey Kit goodness with a touch of Jenny and Harper Kits too.
I chose plain white cardstock for my background pages and stitched a border around each with my sewing machine.
The photo was matted with the pink and yellow Bailey Kit papers and a line of stitching added across the top before adhering it into place on the first page. I only used adhesives down the sides on the back so that I could slip a tag in behind for the journaling.
I used the Shay Tag Builder Metal Die Set to cut the tag, added some twine, then tucked it behind the photo and a little heart tab was added using a foam dot above the photo.
Under the photo I added a Jenny word sticker to a die cut tab, then positioned my title underneath. The date was stamped using the FJ Roller Date Stamp at the bottom of the page.
For the second page I hand cut some hearts from a variety of papers from the Bailey Kit then added messy stitching to the centre of each. I used a 1/16th hole punch to add a hole at the top of each heart so I could thread them onto a length of twine. The twine was stapled into place down the centre of the page and the hearts where positioned evenly down the page, slightly overlapping each other. I used foam dots under the outside edge of each heart to add some dimension.
I stamped a phrase from the Harper Stamp Set onto some plain white cardstock, cut it out and adhered it across the hearts in the middle of the page with foam dots.

I absolutely love the mix of colours and patterns in the Bailey Kit so this spread was so much fun to put together! I hope I’ve given you a few ideas to try on your next project.
