Hello everyone, it’s Lindsey! Like many of you, I am a crafter that dabbles in several different project types to scratch the creative itch. I love that the Felicity Jane kits include a variety of products so whether you are a traditional scrapbooker, card maker, 3D papercrafter, or even if you like to create home decor, there are elements that can be used for a little bit of everything. One of my favorite ways to use Felicity Jane is in my Bible journaling and I have really enjoyed seeing how some of you incorporate all the beautiful products into your Bible study time.
Since I share my Bibles during Bible journaling workshops and online, I like to include some more private ways to document my prayers and notes. You might not share your Bible in a public way but maybe you are looking to add a little more room to journal in the margins and that’s why I love the set of tags from the Millie Collection. These created some fun interactive journaling spots on my page today!
I adhered a couple of the tags to the margin of my Bible for some private prayers. Before adhering the tags, I stapled a tab to the top flap to make it easier to lift open. Once the tags were in place, I filled the rest of the margin with lots of the heart and star burst die cuts as well as some stamping using the Millie Stamp Set.
The front of the tags gave me a place to spell out “you are adored by Him” using a combination of puffy alphabet stickers. I created a cluster of die cuts in the bottom corner, with the big beautiful floral element as the center of attention. I try and use as many of the smaller pieces when creating a cluster like this so they don’t just sit in a drawer going unused.
After wrapping up a month of love themed projects for February, I wanted to do a little prayer journaling and focus on the greatest love that we can have...
