Hey crafty pals! I’m back with another project created using the Alexis digital kit! This time, I make a scrapbook layout and am still SO in love with the colors, patterns, and elements of this collection.
I used the patterned papers from the kit to create a cluster at the top of the page. I also added some of my favorite layers behind each of my photos. I decided to jump out of my usual with this project and brought out my embossing powders!
Using a few of the stamps from the Love Note stamp set, I created a layered embossed heart. I did a couple of these hearts in different clusters around the layout.
Instead of doing a large, bold title like I usually do, I used the “You are My Favorite Person” stamp and placed it at the top. It blends in with the layout at first glance, but once you see it, it ties the whole thing together!
I love that it serves as both the title and the journaling for the layout. It sums up everything I would have said if I wrote it out myself.
I finished up the layout with clusters of embellishments and hearts, scattered around. Then, added a doodled border to pull it all together and some gold splatters for a little pop!
I love the way this layout turned out and cannot get enough of the Love Note stamp set. I can already tell it will be a staple in my stamp collection!
