Interested in purchasing one of our kits?
There are two options for purchasing a kit from felicity jane: [both options receive the same kit contents and prices are in USD ]
- A one time purchase of $40.97 + shipping
- Monthly subscription for $36.97 + shipping/month [ minimum commitment is 3 consecutive kits ]
SUBSCRIPTIONS
What does a subscription include?
*Each month you can expect a black and white striped box of paper crafting happiness delivered right to your door! The kit will include papers, stamps and embellishments , most of them exclusively designed by and for felicity jane. The details are created with love, right down to the adorable, reusable packaging! Subscribers can also have add-on items from the shop ship free or for a discount along with your kit.
( *We have 10 - 11 subscription kits each year, always skipping the month of December. For those of you that love to document throughout that month we have an optional Christmas themed kit that is released in the fall )

When are kit sneaks & reveal?
Kit sneaks will start on the 25th of each month on instagram & facebook. Full reveal is right here in the shop on the 1st. (unless either of those dates fall on a Sunday... if so, it will happen the following day)

When will I be billed for my kit?
Your card will be charged at the subscription rate of $36.97 + shipping at the time of subscription and on the 25th of each month for the following month's kit. [ all prices are in USD ]

When does my kit ship?
Shipping normally starts on the 5th of the month and it takes just a few days to get all of the kits out the door. Once your kit has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notice with tracking information. ( Please note that during COVID the shipping times may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience )
Shipping policies:
As much as we wish we could hand deliver each package to make sure it arrives in a safe & timely manner, that just isn't possible. Once it leaves FJ headquarters, we are not responsible for delays, damaged packages and missing items as a result. You will receive tracking information by email when the kit ships and it becomes your responsibility to contact the USPS for resolution. Refunds from FJ will not be issued.
Address updates:
All address updates must be made prior to the 25th of each month. Any changes after this date will not be affective until the following month's kit and we can not be held responsible for a package delivered to your old address.
International Orders:
- International customers are responsible for any taxes/duty fees associated with your package
- International Shipping is currently experiencing some serious delays. Please be aware of how the USPS is being effected during this time when placing your order. We are all in this together, doing our best!

How do I cancel my subscription?
If for any reason you need to cancel your subscription after the initial 3 month/kit commitment, please send an email with 'cancellation' in the subject line, to hello@felicityjane.com. The cancellation will be scheduled for 30 days from the date your email is sent. Please note: If the next auto bill date of the 25th falls within that time frame you will be billed and receive one last kit. We process cancellations one day each month. Once your cancellation has been scheduled/processed you will receive a confirmation email.

SHOP ORDERS
All orders in the shop are final purchases and may not be returned or cancelled once the order is placed. We try to provide adequate photos and descriptions of all products to help you make the best decision when shopping FJ. Thanks for understanding.

What are your shipping rates?
- Shipping is calculated in real time at checkout for each carrier based on the weight of your order, location and type of shipping you select. You can see the postage rate before entering payment information.
