One of my favorite ways to welcome Fall is to go to the Prairie Peddler Festival in Ohio. It is a craft fair in the woods with all the stands set up in wooden huts. The trees are beginning to change at this time and eating chicken dumpling outside just puts me right in the Autumn spirit.
"That One Day" kit is the perfect kit to document our trip. I use a 6x8 pocket page album as more of a "formal" way to document. One where I don't mind visitors taking it out and reading it. Including traditional layouts is one of my favorite ways to change it up.
I love the florals in this kit, they remind me of all of the pretty mums we spotted. Kept this simple by hand writing the title on the floral journal and stamping the date on the striped card. Love how both the photos and cards compliment each other.
There is something so satisfying about adding completed pages into an album. Don't you think?
