Quick & Easy Encouragement Cards with the Hannah Kit | Kathleen Graumüller

Hey friends, it’s Kathleen here again. I’m sure you all have checked out the Hannah kit by now, with its beautiful, soft colors (and if not, you definitely should ;) ) and you might have seen that the stamp set is full of encouraging messages.

For today’s project I was inspired by exactly that stamp set to create some quick and easy encouragement cards. Because, let’s face it, we all know someone who might need a little pick-me-up and some words of support, right?

I kept the cards very simple. For two of them I cut a panel of roughly 3.75“x5.75“ from two of the patterned papers, adhered them onto my white card bases, added a journaling card on top and then embellished the cards with some die cuts, epoxy stickers and those supercuts tulle bows. And of course, most importantly, I added a stamped sentiment.

For the third card I used one of the solid colored papers from the paper pack, stamped the “worry less, live more!“ sentiment onto it and then added the Hannah girl with a cute pink tulle bow to it. On all of the cards I then also used some enamel accents to finish them off.

So that’s what I did for those cards, too. I picked out three patterned papers that I hadn’t used on the cards before and made some envelopes with them.

What I love about them, is that they not only look pretty from the outside, but also from the inside because when you open them up, you will see the beautiful patterns on the other side of the papers.

I almost wanted to leave them just plain and simple, but then decided to embellish them a little bit as well and the label book was just perfect for that! So I added one label to each envelope, together with some die cuts and epoxy heart stickers and called it done.

I’m really happy that I now have some encouragement cards on hand and I hope you feel inspired to maybe make some yourself! Of course you could easily switch out the sentiments and recreate them for any other kind of event.

Thanks a lot for stopping by! Have a great week,

Kathleen
