It's Monday, so that means I get to bring you a new "Inspired By..." project. I have a Pinterest board devoted to cool artwork, posters, and design that can inspire a scrapbook layout. For today's page, I used this photo as inspiration:
I loved the idea of taping photos and papers to my layout with a very minimalistic approach. This is what I came up with:
I used the Felicity Jane subscriber printables (which now come with coordinating cut files!) and the 12 x 12 cut apart sheet + my photos and a bit of washi tape.
Just a few embellishments give the layout some interest while still keeping it really clean and simple, like I intended.
I curled up the edges of the papers and photos to really make it look like the inspiration photo. I love how this turned out!
If you want to see it come together, you can watch the process video below. At the beginning, I also show you how to use the new cut files that go with the subscriber printables!

Hi, I have been trying to download the png cut files with no luck. I have the Cricut Explore and usually have no problem downloading png files.
Any suggestions? Thanks, Kathy Smirti
Wow – love this beautiful layout! The clean, simple look is so pretty!
I just love the simplicity of this one. Thanks for a clean, beautiful layout.
