Hello friends! Lorilei here today sharing a layout I made with the Denise kit! I am loving the stamp set as always and the gorgeous colors of the Denise kit. The sweet charms are one of my favorite items!
I started out with a white background at 8.5x11. Next I fussy cut a bunch of flowers from the florals and hearts paper to have on hand while making my page.
I was a bit undecided on the direction to take with my layout. Everything is so gorgeous! I thought I would dig into the papers and see what I could come up with. I thought about a big rosette and decided to make one. I layered some pink circles, a piece of book paper and a rosette made from another pink paper. I added some of the shredded paper that the Felicity Jane kits are packed in under the rosette for a bit of whimsy. I topped it off by punching a circle from a die cut tag and the little heart die cut. The tails are made with the stripes and grid paper and the spots and windowpane paper.
I decided to make a shaker pocket with some leftover cut up papers. I stitched tulle on top of a paper on three sides, filled it with sequins and then sewed the pocket shut. Once all my parts were done I shuffled items around on the background and came up with a design I liked!
To finish off the page I got out the stamp set and found two perfect spots to add some stamping. The large You & Me works great as a title and the #bff is super cute up at the top of the photo! I really love how my page turned out. It is fun to get crafty with the stunning Felicity Jane papers, stamps and die cuts and see where it leads you!
