Mix & Match Pocket Page | Jana BennettNov 30, 2020
Right, before all the wonderful Coco inspiration I have one autumn pocket page for you. It is our favourite Mix and Match Monday and I just have to confirm (again and again) how brilliant the FJ collections are to be mixed and matched together! This time I went for autumn kits: Taylor and Harper. Such a perfect match!
This pocket page dates back to 2018 and I was really surprised to find it among the finished pages. I love this pocket design full of 3x3 squares and I created lots of filling cards. It felt so good to do a bit of stitching! For the week number I used a piece of vellum that I stitched to a Taylor journaling card and added some alphabet gold foil stickers.
I also had to use the mix of sequins from the Taylor kit. They are so cute! I created a vellum shaker pocket that I stitched all around to keep the sequins in place.
For the next card I decided to use the leaf pattern from the Harper kit as a stencil and I traced them with my needle to stich the leaves. I love how it came out!
Thank you so much for being here with me today. Until next time.
