Hey Y'all, Happy Wednesday! Today I am giving you an updated look inside my Summer Mini Album, How I added photos, and sweet details from the "Happy Day" July Kit. (If you would like to see the original post here is a link!)
I printed my photos onto white cardstock (all sized at 2x3) and then used my binding machine to punch the holes. Then I took scissors and snipped little slits on the end to make it easy to pop in the mini album.
I took this picture to show the strength of the insert (even though there are little slits). You can do this technique with regular punched holes. Really I have found it makes a difference the strength of your paper. My cardstock photos were backed with a piece of patterned paper.
Next I went to town with the embellishing...how loved is that little stamp block? ;) The "Yum" stamp goes perfectly with these Ice Cream Truck photos. Here is a closer look at the right side and those super fun puffy stickers!
And on the left, I used more puffy, more stamping and a tag for my journaling.
I love those little doodled words from the patterned paper too! Hope your Summer is going well...I will be back with another mini album update soon!!!
