Hello everyone,
I have a confession to make: I can't get enough of Krystal! Those beautiful flowers just didn't let me sleep and one day I woke up with a clear idea in my head: I am going to fussy cut them and use them for a very girly layout of my daughter. I had this beautiful photo that I managed to snap by accident (I know the professionals would say that the shadows are too sharp but hey, her impression is the sweetest!).
So lets fussy cut the wonderful flowers (I found out they are called anemones and I fell in love with them!).
When thinking how to put the flowers around the photo I remembered this brilliant composition - making a frame around the layout. There are two journaling cards underneath the photo. Using a card is a good idea if you don't want to cut into your papers. The photo is embellished with a chipboard title THIS IS ME and the cute birdie. No way this layout would go without this birdie!
I also went in my stash and found some more chipboard bits. They complement the floral wreath nicely. I also found a few chipboard hearts as well.
In the right hand corner I used a few labels for stamping a date.
This layout was so much fun to make! It is a bit busy with flowers but hey, I couldn't help it and had to go with the flow! Thank you so much for being here with me today and I will be here next time with some Millie inspiration.
